Job Summary
MK Brothers, a leading manufacturer of electric vehicles, is looking for an
experienced Production Head
to lead and manage overall factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for complete plant handling, production planning, workforce management, and stock & inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
Overall supervision and handling of the entire manufacturing plant
Planning, organizing, and controlling day-to-day production activities
Ensuring timely production as per quality and safety standards
Managing manpower, shifts, and production targets
Maintaining and monitoring raw material, WIP, and finished goods stock
Implementing proper inventory control and stock maintenance systems
Coordination with purchase, quality, and dispatch departments
Reducing production costs and improving efficiency
Ensuring compliance with safety norms and company policies
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a
Production Head / Production Manager
in a manufacturing unit
Strong background in
stock maintenance and inventory management
Experience in
automobile / e-vehicle / engineering industry
preferred
Ability to independently handle the complete plant operations
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
