Designation: Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Roto Moulding Factory Manager

Coordinate with: Quality team,

Operators Job Objective: To run the shift efficiently, without compromising on quality and to meet on time delivery of all products Job requirements:

? Qualifications: Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical/ Production/ Polymer engineering

? Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry

? Manufacturing skills to learn: Basics of plastic manufacturing, 5S, CAPA, Root cause analysis, ISO 9001 manufacturing standards, Industrial safety, Google sheets, Communication skills Daily Routine:

? Get theproduction plan for all machines from Factory Manager and Production Manager ? Conduct a preventive maintenance check before taking charge of shift

? Conduct Daily shop floor meeting on production plan with operators in day shift ? Mustexplain critical quality parameters to operators

? Ensure optimal mould change times

? Ensure the plant is hygienic and 5S standards are maintained

? Enter the relevant data in Roto Production Report at the end of the shift before leaving from work

? Escalate in any mechanical problems, labour problems, or mould problems to Factory Manager immediately after identification. Record maintenance/ Sheets to update:

? Maintain log for preventive maintenance

? Enter production related data in Roto Production Report Google sheet after every shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
