Job Description

. Production Management

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. Ensure adherence to production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

2. Team Leadership

Lead, train, and mentor production staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

3. Quality Control

Ensure that all products meet quality specifications. Coordinate with the QC/QA team to handle defects or deviations.

4. Safety & Compliance

Enforce workplace health and safety standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

5. Equipment & Maintenance

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance. Report machinery breakdowns and ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) on the production floor.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Provide daily/weekly performance updates to management.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
