Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved. Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Operators for smooth workflow. Implement production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines. Maintain quality standards while optimizing production efficiency. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation. Monitor manpower allocation, and material usage. Assist in resolving production-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies on the shop floor.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques. Good communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving and analytical mindset. Diploma Mechanical with 2-4 years of experience in Production, handling manpower.

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
