Role Overview

We are urgently hiring a

Production Supervisor

who will play a key role in supervising and managing end-to-end operations at our

graphite beneficiation plant

. This is a critical position that demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, people management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in wet grinding, flotation cells, vacuum filtration, drying platforms, pulverizing units, packaging, and loading zones. Ensure smooth functioning of all plant sections with minimal downtime. Manage shift-wise production and manpower effectively. Maintain daily production records and ensure timely reporting to Plant Head/HO. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process issues. Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to beneficiation plant standards. Train and guide operators, helpers, and supervisors under your shift. Maintain strict discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the working area. Ensure targets for production and dispatch are met as per the schedule. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a graphite or similar mineral beneficiation plant.

Sound knowledge of wet beneficiation processes - especially grinding, flotation, filtration, drying, pulverization.

Ability to manage workforce across different departments and shifts. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and leadership. Basic knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control. Ability to prepare production and shift reports clearly and timely. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

and stay at site as required. ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mineral Processing, or related fields preferred.
