Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily production activities on the shop floor.
Monitor the workflow to ensure production targets are met.
Learn to operate basic production equipment and support setup processes.
Support quality checks and help reduce material waste and rework.
Ensure proper documentation of production data, shift reports, and logs.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams as needed.
Follow safety procedures, cleanliness, and good housekeeping practices (5S).
Participate in training programs to develop technical and leadership skills.
Report any production issues to the senior supervisor or manager.
