1. Manage and direct the daily production activities in pre process area to ensure products are manufactured according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
2. Ensure the pre processing line is operating efficiently, minimizing downtime and waste.
3. Monitor adherence to safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
4. Ensure the production process adheres to company quality standards and specifications.
5. Identify and resolve any quality issues during the production process, ensuring that final products meet customer requirements.
4. Work closely with the Deputy Production Manager and other departments to develop production schedules
5. Address and resolve any issues that arise on the production floor, including machinery breakdowns, material shortages, or labor disputes.
6. Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

8..Receive filling production plan and coordinate with the Production Department.
9.Responsible for filling of products as per list received from the Production Department.
10.Responsible for packing of products after completing filling.
11.Responsible for Quality Assurance in the sections.
12.Coordinate with QA/QC for timely quality inspection and do the work as per their instruction.
13.Monitor the yield losses during the filling & packing process.
14.Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs.
15.Prepare daily Packing Log book with accurate quantity and update all registers related to Filling, Packing, and Quality related matters.
16.Responsible for transferring, stacking & tagging all packed items to the F.G section.
17.Ensure the cleaning in Choornam packing section.
18.Checking the batch details of products before labeling.
19.Ensure daily calibration of weighing balance in the choornam packing section
20.Conduct daily toolbox talk.
21.Ensure the required product volumes are met & maintain zero tolerance.
22.Address & resolve the minor machine issues in the choornam packing section.
23.Monitor & ensure proper clearance of the work space before each packing process.
24.Once the production packing is completed, update the production packing schedule in the system (ERP).
25.Monitor daily/weekly material wastage & implement measures to minimize it.
26.Monitor & enhance the skill development of employees through job rotation in the choornam packing section.
27.Ensure the packing material availability & stock.
Competencies

Education
: Graduate in B tech / Diploma in relevant field.
Experience
: 2 years and above as supervisor
Technical Competencies:
a. Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate level and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
