We are a growing food products company seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead production teams to meet output and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to ensure high performance and teamwork
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and company quality standards
Monitor production output, yields, and downtime; implement improvements as needed
Enforce workplace safety policies and maintain a clean, organized production environment
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation
Assist in troubleshooting equipment or process issues to minimize downtime
Eductional qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in any life sciences
