Experience :

5+ Years in Plastic Extrusion

Education:

Diploma in Plastic / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
(Degree holders with relevant extrusion experience can also apply)

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with 5+ years of hands-on experience in

Plastic Extrusion Process

to manage shift operations at our manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities:

Shift-wise production planning and execution Supervision and management of manpower Process troubleshooting and problem-solving Preventive maintenance coordination Adherence to production quality standards Safety compliance for machines and manpower

Required Skills:

Sound knowledge of

extrusion process

and

plastic polymers

Good communication and team management skills Basic computer and reporting skills (Excel, email)

Preferred Industry:

Plastic Product Manufacturing

(Sheet / Film/ Extrusion Process)

Preferred Candidate Location:

Candidates from

Gota, SG Highway, Ranip, Kalol, Kadi, or nearby areas

will be preferred.

Age Limit:

25 to 40 Years
