Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality output, efficient machine operation, and achieving production targets in a plastic manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shift operations and workforce
Monitor moulding machines, troubleshoot minor issues
Ensure production targets and quality standards
Coordinate with QC, maintenance & tool room teams
Maintain daily production reports and material usage
Ensure safety guidelines and 5S practices on shopfloor
Train operators and helpers on machine operation
Reduce rejections and improve process efficiency
Skills Required:
Knowledge of
injection/blow moulding machines
Strong leadership and team handling
Basic mechanical understanding
Problem-solving & decision-making
Reporting and documentation
Qualifications:
Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production
Experience in plastic manufacturing is mandatory
