Production Supervisor (Plastic Injection Molding)Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate daily production activities in the

Plastic Injection Molding

department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production operations, maintain product quality, and manage manpower and machinery effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the injection molding department. Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities. Plan and schedule production to meet delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards. Train and guide operators for improved efficiency and performance. Maintain proper documentation and production reports. Coordinate with the maintenance and quality control teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Degree/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

3-5 years in injection molding.

Preferred:

Experience with

SPM (Special Purpose Machines)

. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
