Requirements-

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Supervising ball mill operations, including feed, discharge, and maintenance. Monitoring mill performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring optimal grinding performance and adherence to safety regulations.

Manage daily operations:

Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day activities, including scheduling, and assist with resolving maintenance issues.

Staff management:

Train and supervise plant personnel, manage employee schedules, conduct performance assessments, and handle conflicts.

Safety and compliance:

Implement and enforce all safety precautions and procedures, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and lead a safety-focused culture.

Production and quality:

Ensure production targets are met on time and within budget, monitor and improve product quality, and maintain accurate production and inventory records.

Process improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze production metrics, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
