Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Department Supervisor

to manage daily factory operations within the assigned department. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing workers, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and disciplined work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned department Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule Manage manpower, shift allocation, and attendance Guide and train workers on job responsibilities Maintain product quality and reduce defects/rejections Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Store departments Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns Prepare and submit daily production and manpower reports Control material usage and minimize wastage

Requirements & Qualifications:

IT/ Mechanical Diploma / Graduate (as per company requirement) Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Supervisor in a factory environment Strong leadership and manpower handling skills Good communication skills Knowledge of production processes and quality standards Basic computer skills
