Singhania International Ltd. is looking for an experienced

Production Engineer

for its

Wire Draw Section

. The candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the wire drawing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the wire drawing section Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and machines Monitor wire drawing parameters to maintain consistent quality Reduce process rejections, wastage, and downtime through corrective actions Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S, and shop-floor discipline Maintain production reports, shift records, and documentation Coordinate with QA, PPC, and stores for smooth material flow

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in wire drawing operations (carbon steel / alloy steel preferred) Strong knowledge of wire drawing machines, dies and process controls Experience in manpower handling and shift management Ability to analyze production issues and implement solutions Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in steel wire, fasteners, or cold drawing industry Exposure to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Hands-on, shop-floor-oriented approach

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
