Job Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in the rubber moulding section. Ensure

daily and monthly production targets

are achieved as per the production plan. Monitor machine operations (rubber moulding machines) to ensure smooth and efficient running. Manage and control shop-floor workers, operators, and helpers. Allocate manpower effectively for each machine and shift. Ensure production is carried out as per

quality standards and specifications

. Reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime through proper supervision. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments. Maintain production records, shift reports, and manpower attendance. Ensure adherence to

safety rules and factory discipline

. Guide and train workers to improve productivity and skill levels. Ensure

overtime work is completed as instructed by management

to meet urgent production needs.

Regular Shift:

8 hours per day

Skills & Requirements

Experience in

rubber molding production

(compression / injection / transfer molding preferred). Ability to handle workers and meet production targets. Basic knowledge of quality control and production planning. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage overtime schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
