Job Description

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets for quality, quantity, cost, and safety are met. This role involves coordinating team members, managing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement within the production area.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members to meet production schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Train, motivate, and evaluate employees to improve team performance and maintain high morale. Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to optimize efficiency. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation. Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and safe for operation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction programs. Communicate effectively with management regarding production goals, challenges, and progress. Support the implementation of new processes, procedures, and technology.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

1 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
