Monitor production schedule and allocate resources to meet deadlines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards and company policies. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance team to resolve technical issues. Conduct routine inspection and maintanence of equipment and tools. Train and mentor production workers, manage performance and ensure skill development. Maintain production reports, including output, downtime and material usage.
