Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Production Supervisor

with strong knowledge of

2D drawing and cutting list preparation

. The candidate will take

complete ownership of factory production

and work closely with the

Factory Manager

to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and understand

2D drawings

for modular and furniture production Create accurate

cutting lists

for daily production use Take

complete ownership of production operations

Coordinate daily work with the

Factory Manager

Plan and monitor production schedules and manpower Ensure

quality control at every stage of production

Reduce material wastage and improve factory efficiency Supervise machine operators and production workers Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth workflow in the factory Share daily production updates with management

Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in furniture or modular factory production Strong knowledge of

2D drawing and cutting list preparation

Good understanding of

modular furniture production processes

Ability to handle a team and work under pressure Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge preferred
