Job Description

Document existing production procedures and establish standardized processes to improve OAE. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations. Collaborate with the Quality Department to implement quality enhancement projects. Stay updated with current manufacturing technologies and best practices; apply them responsibly to improve efficiency. Develop and implement production processes for new products and modifications, including tooling and fixture arrangements. Optimize production costs while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Collect, analyze, and present production data and performance trends through daily MIS reporting. Maintain accurate documentation of tooling designs, engineering concepts, and production orders in coordination with Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. Support Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities and assist in evaluating returned materials and products. Review and improve facility layouts to enhance workflow and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and support the production team to achieve performance targets. Manage inventory and Work-In-Progress (WIP) using SAP PP module. Oversee the identification, review, and disposition of non-conforming parts and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

+ Strong expertise in machining processes, including press machines, centerless grinding, and precision machining ,Profile boring and turning .
+ Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and quality systems.
+ Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
+ Proficiency in SAP (PP module) systems.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and label printing software.
+ Demonstrated commitment to product and process excellence with a focus on customer satisfaction.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
