Production Planning:
Develop and implement schedules, allocate resources, and adjust priorities to meet targets.
Quality Assurance:
Enforce quality standards, conduct checks, and implement corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Process Optimization:
Monitor equipment, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements for productivity.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records (output, inventory, labor) and prepare reports for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with engineering, maintenance, and QA to resolve issues.
