Job Description

Manufacturing Production Schedule.

Effectively handle the production with respect to Production
planning, Material planning & Quality.

Inventory check & other documental formalities. Planning for maximum utilization of manpower & machinery. Supervise the overall Production of respected area. Ensure GMP effectiveness & housekeeping in respected
department.

Work in rejection control & productivity improvement of
product.

Manage and ensure timely accomplishment of production
targets

Identify the need & provide on the job training / classroom
training to the respective team.

Implementation corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and
ensure the CAPA effectiveness.

Participate in the root cause analysis & investigation of
Deviations, Non-conformance, Market complaints.

Work on overall process improvement. Validate, qualify, and Calibrate activities. Review of BMR and products related documents. Control & update Nonconformance reports (NC) with related
documents.

Check & maintain all documents as per standards. Focus on accomplishing the company's values, vision &
mission.

Required Skill Set:

Experience in directing and supervising production personnel Possess technical knowledge and he adapt at all phases of the manufacturing processes. Ability to lead and drive continuous improvements.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
