We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our herbal extraction and processing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably in the herbal extract or pharmaceutical industry, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and coordinate workflow
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and quality standards
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
Train and mentor production staff on procedures and best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
Coordinate with Quality Control for in-process testing and release
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Participate in production planning and scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
