Industry: Tires Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Working Hours: 12 Hours
Work Profile:
Supervise production team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Plan and monitor schedules to meet targets and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow.
Resolve production issues and reduce downtime or waste.
Maintain safety, discipline, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
