Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day bakery production operations
Ensure production targets are met as per schedule
Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
Coordinate with production staff and management
Prepare daily production reports and records
Handle workforce allocation and shift management
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety norms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Production Supervisor in the
Bakery Industry (mandatory)
Knowledge of
basic Excel
(production reports, data entry)
Strong team-handling and communication skills
Understanding of bakery production processes and quality control
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education
Any graduate / diploma (preferred)
