Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor

from the

Bakery Industry

to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and manage shop-floor activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day bakery production operations Ensure production targets are met as per schedule Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage Coordinate with production staff and management Prepare daily production reports and records Handle workforce allocation and shift management Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety norms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Production Supervisor in the

Bakery Industry (mandatory)

Knowledge of

basic Excel

(production reports, data entry) Strong team-handling and communication skills Understanding of bakery production processes and quality control Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education

Any graduate / diploma (preferred)
