Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedule
Supervise operators and shop-floor staff to ensure smooth operations
Monitor production output, quality, and productivity
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety norms
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
Handle manpower allocation and shift planning
Reduce rework, rejection, and downtime
Maintain daily production reports and records
Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials
Support continuous improvement and 5S activities
SKILLS -
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Knowledge of production planning and process control
Ability to read drawings and understand production processes
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
