Supervise CNC machining operations (Turning / VMC / HMC / Milling)
Plan and monitor daily & shift-wise production targets
Manage CNC operators and shift manpower allocation
Ensure correct
program loading, tool setting, offsets & fixtures
Coordinate with
Programming, Quality, and Maintenance
teams
Monitor
machine utilization, cycle time, and downtime
Ensure adherence to
SOPs, quality standards, and safety norms
Handle in-process inspection and control rejections/rework
Maintain production reports, OEE data, and shift logs
Train operators on work instructions and best practices
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
CNC machines & machining processes
Understanding of
G-codes / M-codes (basic level)
Exposure to
VMC, HMC, CNC Turning centers
Knowledge of
cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges
Experience in
5S, Kaizen, TPM, safety practices
Good leadership & communication skills
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
