Designation: - Production Supervisor (Candidate preferred from Pharma or Manufacturing Company)

Qualifications : B.E Mechanical Or Diploma

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Age : 25 to 35

Plan, assign & communicate to worker to achieve the daily/weekly/monthly production (Loading & Scheduling) Preparing in work in progress report for ongoing jobs, also daily work report of workforce. Control, Monitor & ensure production output against the plan to meet production targets. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance, Control & Monitor productivity norms for all the machines and ensure the adherence of PPE's at Shop Floor. Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed, and address any concerns immediately. Lead, develop, motivate and mentor the production team to achieve the desired result.
Production supervisor should have strong leadership and team management skills and be able to multitask and handle several operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
