About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
Production Supervisor
to manage daily production activities across our fabrication and mill departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal/steel manufacturing and strong team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day production operations.
Achieve production targets with optimum manpower and machine utilization.
Ensure product quality as per ISO and company standards.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Maintain all production documentation (job cards, process sheets, inspection reports, etc.).
Ensure safe working practices and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
Coordinate with QC, Dispatch, and Maintenance for smooth workflow.
Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
Submit accurate daily production reports to management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience in steel fabrication or pipe/tube manufacturing preferred.
Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of welding, forming, polishing, and other fabrication processes is an advantage.
Good understanding of ISO procedures and production documentation.
