Job Description

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for production lines and plant machinery.

Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other automation devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

Troubleshoot automation systems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality regulations.

Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new automated equipment.

Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and software backups.

Train operators and maintenance teams on automated systems.

Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Carry out troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Minimize machine downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns.

Maintain records of equipment history, spares inventory, and breakdown analysis.

Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance machine reliability.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory maintenance regulations.

Coordinate with production, automation, and engineering teams for equipment optimization.

Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance work.

Pay: ₹10,863.14 - ₹30,265.01 per month
