Job Description

2-6 years proven experience in wiring harness manufacturing. (Hands-on experience in machine shop operations)

Education : Diploma /BE in Electronics/Electrical .

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Manage Day-to-Day production Activities in wiring harness manufacturing line. Coordinate workflow and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient production. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, electronics, and mechanical aspects of production. Oversee and guide the workforce in machine shop operations, including CNC, drilling, cutting, crimping, and assembly pro Monitor and optimize production efficiency, cost, and waste management. Liaise with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with standard operating procedures. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
