Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining product quality standards, and achieving targets while following safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

supervise and manage daily production activities to meet planned output and quality standards.

Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations on the production line.

Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments for uninterrupted production.

Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety, and hygiene standards.

Maintain production records, daily reports, and wastage logs.

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Train and motivate production workers and machine operators.

Monitor raw material usage and report variances to management.

Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

Enforce company policies related to attendance, discipline, and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical, or Production Engineering preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG / food / bakery / namkeen manufacturing unit.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of production planning and process improvement.

Familiar with HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI standards.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, ERP software).

Work Schedule:

Full-time; rotational shifts as per production schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
