Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The successful candidate will ensure production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are strictly followed. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of operators and technicians to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers and operators. Ensure production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining product quality. Monitor workflow, materials, and resources to optimize efficiency. Enforce health and safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory policies. Train, coach, and evaluate team performance to ensure continuous improvement. Report production metrics and issues to management regularly. Identify and resolve production issues, escalating major problems to the Production Manager. Maintain accurate production records and ensure proper documentation. Participate in daily production meetings and provide input for process improvements. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts or flexible schedules as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
