Job Description

1. Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

2. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for materials availability.

3. Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

5. Oversee maintenance and calibration of production equipment.

6. Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.

7. Supervise and guide production technicians and operators.

8. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.

9. Track production metrics (output, efficiency, downtime)

10. Prepare reports and production PPT's. Report to director body.

11. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.

12. Document process changes and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

13. Work with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches.

14. Provide feedback to design teams for manufacturability improvements.

15 .Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

16. Ensure operations stay within budget without compromising quality.

17. Operate service and installation team.

18 . Client support telephonic or in person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
