We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in production supervision and a background in mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets are met as per plan.
Maintain and improve production efficiency, quality, and timelines.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth machine operation.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of mechanical processes and machines
Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
Strong leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Basic Knowledge of Machine like Drilling ,Grinding , Milling , CNC/VMC , Lathe Machine
