Production Supervisor

We are hiring a

Production Supervisor (BE Electrical)

to lead

control panel & UVM sensor assembly and calibration

. The role involves managing daily production, manpower allocation, ERP/SAP reporting, and ensuring quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & execute daily/weekly

production targets

. Supervise

assembly & calibration

of control panels and sensors. Allocate manpower, manage

shifts

, and ensure smooth workflow. Record production entries in

ERP/SAP

. Maintain

quality, safety, and ISO standards

. Drive

process improvements

for efficiency & cost control.

Qualifications

BE Electrical

, 4-6 years in production/assembly (control panels, sensors preferred). Strong in

electrical assembly, calibration, and ERP/SAP systems

. Good

team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
