Key Responsibilities

Supervise

daily production activities

across laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, painting, and assembly. Plan

daily production targets

and allocate manpower accordingly. Ensure proper use of

and maintain production records. Coordinate with

Stores

for material availability. Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and safety. Report daily production status to management.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 2-5 years' experience in fabrication / precision manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Ability to enforce discipline and achieve production targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
