Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning

Prepare and execute daily / weekly

production schedules

based on orders. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently. Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and ensure minimum downtime. Coordinate with stores & purchase for raw material availability.

2. Quality Control

Implement and monitor

quality checks

at each stage of production. Ensure compliance with

customer specifications and company standards

. Report and reduce rejection, wastage, and rework. Train workers on SOPs, safety, and quality practices.

3. Dispatch Management

Coordinate with logistics & stores for

timely dispatches

. Verify finished goods stock against dispatch schedules. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation. Maintain records of dispatches, pending orders, and customer feedback.

4. Team & Reporting

Supervise operators, helpers, and contract workers on shop floor. Conduct daily production review and report to management. Maintain shift reports on production, rejection, breakdowns, and delays. Ensure compliance with

safety, 5S, and housekeeping

.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

3-6 years as Production / Shopfloor Supervisor in manufacturing industry. Hands-on knowledge of

production planning, quality checks, and dispatch coordination

. Ability to handle manpower and meet daily targets. Familiarity with

ERP / Tally / Google Sheets reporting

preferred. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
