We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day work in our machine shop. You should know how to handle machines like
Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, and VMC.
Responsibility:
Supervise daily production work through motivating workers.
Check machines and workers performance
Make sure work is done on time and with good quality & quantity
Follow safety and cleanliness rules
Help and train machine operators
Prepare daily reports and share updates
Eligible Applicants:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or similar
3-5 years of machine shop experience
Must know how to use Lathe, Milling, Grinding, and VMC machines
Able to guide a team and solve small problems
Can read technical drawings
Salary:
As per the candidate's experience and interview
