: Production Supervisor / Junior Engineer (SBU1Control Panel Assembly + UVM Sensor & Window Assembly)Position Overview:We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Production Supervisor / Junior Engineer tooversee the assembly Control Panels and UVM Sensors & Windows. The role includesexecuting daily production plans, supervising manpower to achieve targets, ensuring accurateproduction entries, and coordinating transitions to the next work sections. The ideal candidatewill possess strong electrical knowledge and an ability to break down weekly production goalsinto focused daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Oversee daily production plans for the Control Panel and UVM Sensor assembly andcalibration sections to meet output targets. ? Manage and allocate manpower effectively for efficient assembly and calibrationprocesses. ? Ensure timely and accurate production entries in ERP and facilitate smooth workflowtransitions. ? Translate weekly production plans into daily actionable goals, ensuring adherence toquality standards. ? Perform routine checks and adjustments during assembly and calibration to maintainproduct consistency and quality. ? Ability to plan production & manage manpower, shifts etc. Qualifications & Skills: ₹ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) with 4-6 years of experiencein production or assembly, preferably in control panels and sensor systems. ? Familiarity with assembly and calibration processes for electronic components ispreferred. ? Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute daily tasks. ? Technical proficiency in electrical assembly and calibration of control systems andsensors. ? Team leadership skills to motivate and guide personnel effectively. Gross Salary : 30000/- to 35000/-
