: Production Supervisor

Qualification

: BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Rubber Technology.

Experience

: 3-4 Years in Rubber Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision Monitor and manage day-to-day Moulding operations. Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met. Supervise machine operators, helpers, and shift workers in the moulding section. Optimize cycle time and machine efficiency. Ensure moulded parts meet required specifications and standards. Address any non-conformance issues immediately and take corrective actions. Maintain proper process parameters and moulding conditions. Record production data and downtime analysis. Suggest and implement process improvements for productivity and quality enhancement.

Tool & Machine Handling:

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of moulds and presses. Ensure proper setup and changeover of moulds as per schedule. Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the moulding area. Train new operators on machines and processes. Handle shift schedules, attendance, and workforce planning.

Required Skills:

Minimum experience of 3-4 years in the rubber industry. Basic knowledge of rubber moulding processes (compression/injection/transfer). Understanding of rubber material behavior, curing, and defect analysis. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Team handling and problem-solving skills.
