Job Description

1.Handles all production related activities in the organization.

2.Gets involved only after order finalisation

3.Understand perfect requirement from Senior Designer / Dept COO

4.Reponsible for generating the BOM / Cost

5.Plans all production activity

6.Publish production planning for the benefit of all. Also maintain production register

7.Esitmates production time and delivery date

8.Handles all production staff - carpenters / machine operators / welders / helper etc

9.has to maintain his team and call for contract labour as and when required.

10.control and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment / tools

11.Responsible for zero defect production.

12.Responsible for zero / minimum wastage.

13.Full control of raw material in stock.

14.Can take decision on keeping production functional on weekly off / doing OT etc

15.Has to co-ordiante with the site engineer / sales co-ordinator to send installation team at site

16.Responsible for timely delivery of all orders

17.Ensure all safety protocols are followed by all the workers to ensure no mishap

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
