We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Male Supervisor to oversee operations within our plywood manufacturing unit in Yamunanagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of plywood manufacturing processes and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of workers on the production floor. Ensure efficient and smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures. Train new workers and provide ongoing guidance. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Higher secondary education). Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plywood or woodworking industry. Strong understanding of plywood manufacturing processes and machinery. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting.
