JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking production process and ensuring that daily production is planned and executed according to the requirements received from all outlets. The role involves managing manpower, ensuring product quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and optimizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan daily production schedules based on outlet orders and requirements. Supervise and control all baking production activities to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with outlet managers, stores, and dispatch teams for order requirements and delivery timelines. Ensure accurate preparation of dough, mixing, baking, cooling, and packing as per standard recipes. Monitor product quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards. Maintain proper records of production, wastage, and raw material consumption. Allocate manpower efficiently and ensure work discipline among production staff. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the production area and equipment. Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available as per the production plan. Follow up on equipment maintenance and report any breakdowns promptly. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Train and guide staff for better productivity and process improvement. Ensure daily coordination with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Bakery Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment. Strong understanding of baking processes and production planning.

WORK CONDITIONS:

Full-time 8:00 am to 5:00 pm/ 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, on-site role. Lunch provided .

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
