Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Production supervisor

to handle the overall production operations in our printing and packaging unit. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and at least

5 years of experience in the production field

, preferably in printing or packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines. Supervise production staff and assign tasks efficiently. Ensure quality standards and minimize production waste. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance. Manage raw material stock and production schedules. Coordinate with design, estimation, and accounts teams for smooth workflow. Maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area. Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to management.

Requirements:

Graduation/post graduation in any field Minimum

5 years of experience in the production field

(printing/packaging preferred). Good knowledge of printing machines and production processes. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks. Basic computer knowledge.
