Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines.
Team Supervision:
Manage, train, and motivate workers to ensure maximum productivity.
Quality Control:
Monitor product quality and ensure all output meets company standards.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate production logs and report daily progress to the management.
Maintenance:
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is working efficiently.
