We are looking for a responsible

Production

Supervisor (Male)

to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees. He will be well-versed in processes under the role's responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.

The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Planning and organising production schedules Manage production resources, including equipment and facilities, decide on and order the required resources and ensure stock levels remain adequate Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times and that any concerns are addressed immediately Determining quality control standards Overseeing production processes Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Supervising and managing the work of junior staff Organising relevant training sessions.

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as Producion Supervisor or relevant role Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Good knowledge of MS Office Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field Graduate preferred

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
