Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines. Allocate work, monitor workforce performance, and provide guidance. Ensure adherence to

SOPs, safety, and quality standards

. Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, pressure, curing, etc.). Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth workflow. Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs. Train and motivate production staff for efficiency and discipline. Ensure effective utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred). Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a supervisory role in a

manufacturing/processing industry

(rubber/plastic industry experience is an added advantage). Knowledge of

hydraulic presses, moulding, mixing, and curing processes

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage shift operations and workforce. Good communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
