About the job

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process for the new Knit and Athelisure production lines within the factory. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will in charge of ensuring quality and efficiency of production, and on time delivery of goods. They will report directly to senior management of the company.

Responsibilities

Setting up the production line during style changeovers (Hoodies, Joggers, Crew Necks, Polo T Shirts)

Managing output in 4 production lines

Maintaining our track record of >98% on time delivery of orders

Manpower planning within the production lines

Conducting pre-production assessment of the product and highlighting any concerns to do with quality/reliability of the garment

Working with the QA team to identify issues in production and taking action to rectify this as early as possible

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of production experience in KNITTED GARMENT MANUFACTURING

Strong organizational and managerial skills

Tamil and English proficiency is a must. Knowledge of Hindi will be valued

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
