Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor

with strong knowledge of

SS and MS fabrication and machine manufacturing processes

. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, managing manpower, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate

SS & MS fabrication and machine manufacturing activities

Plan daily production schedules and allocate manpower accordingly Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes to ensure quality and productivity Ensure production is carried out as per

drawings, specifications, and timelines

Maintain coordination between production, quality, maintenance, and stores departments Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials to minimize wastage Conduct regular inspections to ensure

quality standards and safety norms

are followed Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs Guide and train workers to improve efficiency and workmanship Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Production Supervisor

in SS & MS fabrication / machine manufacturing Strong understanding of

fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes

Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings

Good leadership and team-handling skills Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety practices

Experience Requirement

Minimum

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

in fabrication or machine manufacturing industry

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in

industrial machinery or heavy fabrication

Basic knowledge of

ISO / quality systems

Ability to handle production targets and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
