We are seeking an experienced

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our textile facility. The ideal candidate will manage production teams, ensure quality standards, meet output targets, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the floor Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams Train, guide, and motivate operators and line workers Enforce safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures Inspect finished goods to ensure compliance with quality requirements Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift logs Reduce waste, downtime, and production inefficiencies Coordinate with planning, quality, and warehouse departments
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering 2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing (weaving, knitting, dyeing, or garment production) Strong knowledge of textile processes, machinery, and quality control Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
